Meditation 11

Return to Guided Meditation series.

The whole of humanity is becoming unified in this way, the civilization is forming a collective entity. Imagine being that civilisation, how does it feel, what does it think?

Still the body and quiet the mind,

Going within, become aware of the rhythm of your breathing and the beating of your heart. Listen to the pulse of your life blood flowing rhythmically through your brain.

Focus on the whole, unified being that you know yourself to be. Visualise yourself as a balanced and integrated being in all aspects, with all systems and flows optimised and functional.

Know yourself to be a part of all that is and feel the life of the universe flowing through you. Focus your attention in your higher mind.

You may or may not be able to achieve this but wether or not you can perceive it now, it is well within the range of possibilities that you potentially can due to the fact that it too is a part of all that is.

View humanity as a whole, with all its systems and flows, communications and interactions.

If we could imagine the whole of humanity as one unified being how do we imagine that this being might feel?

What might it perceive from its perspective?

How might these perceptions shape the way it thinks and thus behaves?
