Meditation 10
Return to Guided Meditation series.
Your body is a civilization of trillions of cells, consider the viewpoint of a cell within that civilization, realise that your body is a cell within the civilization.
Still the body and quiet the mind,
Going within, become aware of the rhythm of your breathing and the beating of your heart. Listen to the pulse of your life blood flowing rhythmically through your brain.
Focus on the physical vehicle in which you find yourself.
Consider that it is made up of trillions of cells which have become organised in such a way that they form the body that you identify as yours. With all its systems and flows.
Notice that you are in fact comprised of multple organs and muscles held together by connective tissue.
In your mind magnify the view of any area and see the cells that it is comprised of.
Connect for a moment with one of these cells. See the lines of biological communication between it and the cells that surround it.
Realise that the vehicle in which you find yourself is in fact made up of trillions of such cells organised into the structure of your physical form.
The person or entity that you perceive yourself to be is actually, in relation to those cells, a type of government. It utilises the resource of their combined energies to fulfil its own evolution.
Those cells in relation to this person are like a massive, structured, ordered civilization, their combined resources are made available for the overall evolution of the entity.
From the perspective of the cell there is no way of knowing that you are a part of a particular person, or what the nature of that entity might be.
From the perspective of the entity there is no way of experiencing life as a cell within its body.
So it is with human civilisations, from the perspective of the individual there is no way of knowing that the government considers one to be a cell within its body.
As from the perspective of the government there is no way of experiencing the life of the individual it has thus assimilated.
One can however realise that this is the case.
